All Returned/Exchanged items must include Return Authorization Form for your exchange or refund to be completed. Returned/Exchanged items must be made within 15 DAYS of receipt of shipment. Return authorization # MUST be obtained before the item is shipped back to our Distribution Center. Only unused, unwashed, and unworn items with tags attached may be returned or exchanged. Items that are returned without this form or obviously worn or without tags attached will be returned and customer will be charged a shipping and handling fee. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. Customer is responsible for shipping, handling and any insurance charges when shipping items back to the Distribution Center. Shipping is never refundable. We will credit your credit card for the purchase price minus the original shipping fees and any restocking fee. Any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely not returnable or exchangeable for your protection. IT IS ALSO THE LAW. By law, Thongs, G-strings, Teddies, Bras, Bikinis, and other intimately worn apparel are not returnable or exchangeable. We do this for the following reason: You know you are getting NEW merchandise not previously worn items. Leather and Vinyl Lingerie are not returnable. We can only exchange for difference size. All packages are shipped discreetly in unmarked packages (Only our company name FlirtyDreams or Allure Leather).
